Evan Leach is an Associate Professor of Management at West Chester University. Areas of expertise include organizational research and assessment, program design and management, and audience analysis and development. Evan is an expert in both quantitative and qualitative measurement techniques, and oversees TAP's evaluation and survey research activities. Evan has a Ph.D., M.A., and M.Phil., in Organizational Behavior from Yale University; an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University and a B.A. in Psychology/Sociology from Pennsylvania State University.
Before joining TAP as Managing Partner, Diana Post worked as an independent consultant with commercial, public and nonprofit sector clients. Her experience in institutional governance includes officer positions on commercial and non-profit boards. Areas of expertise are project management, client relations, consensus building, report writing, applied organizational research using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, and evaluation and assessment work. Diana received an undergraduate degree in Comparative Literature and Biology and an MA in Genetics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dale Lipschultz, Literacy Officer, American Library Association As ALA's Literacy Officer, Dale focuses on building ALA's capacity in adult literacy by working with the Association's divisions and offices in Chicago and Washington, D.C., supporting the efforts of librarians and library-literacy programs and services in urban centers and rural communities, and collaborating with national partners, government agencies, private funders, and corporate sponsors. At ALA, Dale is the project director of the ALA/Verizon partnership building website, www.BuildLiteracy.org and a member of ALA's 21st Century Literacy Task Force. In addition, she is President of the National Coalition for Literacy (NCL) in Washington, D.C. (www.national-coalition-literacy.org)
Suzanne Knell, Illinois Literacy Resource Development Center (ILRDC) Suzanne Knell is the Executive Director and founder of the Illinois Literacy Resource Development Center. She has worked in the field of adult education and literacy at the national, state, and local levels for over 20 years. She has provided technical assistance and program guidance to adult literacy and library literacy programs in 15 states across the nation and co-authored Go for the Goal: a Winning Approach to Learner Centered Goal Setting in Adult Literacy as part of the Wallace Funds' library literacy initiative. Suzanne has worked with the American Library Association (ALA) on many library literacy projects and co-authored the Adult Literacy Assessment Tool Kit for ALA.

Specializing in internet information systems and database management, Ponder and Associates provides development, management and training for a variety of clients to address their technology needs. Ponder and Associates works with clients to provide online database integration, data collection and online applications; web based training and distance learning; website development and assessment; and technology planning, design and implementation to meet the specific needs of clients.
